As of today I changed the official requirements for guaranteed promotions. I'll post this here so that everyone of you will get it and not later complain again that there was no memo.
A rather enthusiastic new... Officer made me aware of some minor "inequal treatments" I think and made me rework it all. Now we have a fair point system that should reward everyone equally.
So here you go. Oh yeah that's from now on. You keep your ranks and so on and every work you did toward promotion in the last 2 weeks you can request me to look into. Send me a message and I will take care of it.
