Name: Victor Edward Steiner
Rank:Lieutenant Commander
Age:24
Place of Birth: St James Hospital, Warwickshire, Planet Cambridge.
The Last child of (Lord) Albert Steiner, a Xenoarchaeologist, and (Lady) Jullia Steiner, BIS Member, Victor Steiner has a rather different childhood. The disappearance of his parents not long after he was born resulted in him being raised by his siblings. His early childhood remained uneventful, and thus he became one of the more distant family members often buried in a book or playing music with John. His brothers Alfred and William had gone into Archaeology and Business respectively, while his sisters Isabella, Mira and Rachael had entered the military or were travelling Sirus. His only remaining sibling was John. As the last children of a missing Lord, John and Victor passed the time by managing their estate's grounds while their elder siblings were away. Soon John left for medical school and Victor was left alone, while his siblings did return on occasion, Victor was largely by himself until he finished school. During this period his relationship with his eldest sister fell apart. He had no memory of his parents and Isabella made it a point to constantly remind him of it, a fact which he despised.
As soon as he had graduated from University Victor locked the family estate and joined the BAF after exploring Rhineland and the Omega systems. His experiences at this time resulted in Victor becoming more withdrawn and reserved, unwilling to explain his actions to anyone.
His time in the BAF and the steady promotions to his current rank is something that Victor is very proud of, despite his withdrawn nature. This has made him extremely loyal to the crown, the service and his superiors. He has a ''get the job done'' attitude towards the war and often fly's extra patrols in Leeds, despite the Risk. He dislikes Libertonians as he considers them rude, arrogant and aggressive, this does put him at odds with a few of his superiors, he therefore keeps such thoughts to himself, so as not to cause undue tensions between fleets.
He is currently assigned to the York in New London, under High Admiral O'Brian
