Having looked at your Ship you might the problem is that you have a Heavy Transport Shield. I seem to remember that 5kers used to suffer this problem. The Shields drain quite a bit of energy, if I remember correctly.

Oh yeah , never comes to my mind to check that 3000 Regen power drain on heavy transport shield as possible cause .
Thank you , problem solved , topic can be erased , unless if you want to stick it here as example of what is NOT smart thing to equip !
