Gunboats - $5,000,000 bonus on base
Transports- $7,500,000 bonus on base
Destroyers/Cruisers - $10,000,000 on base

Example

Pirate gunboat = $5,000,000 for Pirate ID + $10,000,000 for being a gunboat
