By the evidences you provided to Junkers, Junkers have no right in RP to fine/tell anything to those players (who are shown in your screenshots). Of course, except the Battleship. I will repeat, I'm not arguing about the Battleship here. But aside the Battleship, there are quite many ships who now have to pay the fine to Junkers, which they shouldn't in RP, and if they RP it out, they won't even pay it. And in that case, Junkers will have nothing to do against them. (Again, I'm not talking about the Battleship).

They can still, you know. Not open the hangars when you need to dock and evade the cops though, that's still a thing.
