Rouges haven't had a solid official identity since 85. their scattered groups rising and falling in power quicker the an syrian revolution is the blame for the state of affairs between rouges and the,. Maybe the admins should check if their alliance lines aren't being abused or if their powers of protecting server gameplay isnt overextending to the point of strangling every effort.
