Loose lips sink ships.
Some Grass of an Auxesian, a faction that's had dealings with the Junkers before, and probably is more of a friend to them than the Outcasts are
Not to mention the Auxesians aren't the only ones who try to get to the Junkers about this.
I would like the Option Five people keep talking about, having the Junker bases being affected by /nodock. It would put less strain on the junkers as the Naval and Police factions stand over them with a dreadnought.

The simplest solution would be to finally add an ID line that restricts Outcast ID'd players from docking cruisers or Battleships in house space once and for all.
Or only ships belonging to the Official Faction could do it. Still leaves it open for RP if LH and Rogues ever request assistance. Kind of like how the Zoner Whale is only able to dock if it has a Official Faction ID equipped.
Exactly. To make it fair, do the same for Corsairs. It's really stupid for them to be sending any type of capital ship outside of the Omicrons/Omegas/Taus/Sigmas, where they're supposed to be shooting each other.
This is a very reasonable solution
This too. In concept staging from Buffalo is safer anyway. Dark, stormy, patrolled by Rogue GBs, Navy only goes there when chasing people 130k on thrusters, plus an intersystem jumphole that you can use to change plans if you run into trouble.
