I would like the Option Five people keep talking about, having the Junker bases being affected by /nodock. It would put less strain on the junkers as the Naval and Police factions stand over them with a dreadnought.

That's accurate. Though, I would offer an alternative. Not so much a No-Dock, as instead, enabling Cruise-Disruptors to cancel docking. This would also on the other hand enable unlawfuls to better pirate, just as a thought. Perhaps keeping them Disrupted thing..but rather, as a 10 Second Nodock
