And has for the 9 years i've been here but now there's gonna be a change because of
Long Island, like i said.

Long Island may be the catalyst, perhaps, but not unreasonably so. If a bad guy can undock and be in combat in less than a minute, and retreat to re-arm just as easily right by a lawful hub, that's a bit absurd. In addition to that , I have countless times seen Rogues, Lane Hackers and Outcasts just hightail it to Rochester as soon as a Lawful shows up
