The easiest way is to simply send a PM to the faction account to arrange a direct contact. You can also send PMs directly to members listed in official roster in the faction section of the forum. First three contacts there are members of the high command. On the side note it cost me quite a lot of work to make this post being automatically updated so it always is up to date. Finally you could simply ask around on Skype chats to be pointed to leadership - which would most likely be the fastest way.

Some clarifications. To the faction leadership knowledge after IND revival so far there has been only one interaction on 25th November. Furthermore, regardless of how the ID rules can be interpreted, to our knowledge our members have never destroyed a transport without making a demand - unless of course the said transport did not refuse to stop and tried to dock at a nearest base - and this will not change. Finally, while by faction policies we do not publicly discuss any feedback related issues to avoid fruitless forum mud throwing, we do encourage everyone to contact us directly either through forum PM's or Skype - if you have any fears we strongly recommend you to not take words of smear campaigners so seriously and simply contact us directly - we are always open for discussion, feedback and are willing to achieve compromises.
