(their infocard say that) so in my opinion you are sure that general, or someone who is really high in rank will not give order to liberty patrols to move to scetor xxx, to make clear way for smuggler full of artifacts ?,
and Jg code, all bounty hutner capship captain, who is caught in gamma and tortured, say everything. codes,positions of patrols, everything....
