If you just want to RP an exodus, there's no need for admin-driven event in fact. We, The Seraphim, and Bundschuhn spearhead faction, VWA, are working on Nuremberg Exodus for quite some time now:

It would be really nice to have someone to play with and push this storyline a bit further. If you are interested in this kind of RP, feel free to join the the Seraphim and we can make a series of convoys and create a pretty story for forums together. Let's say, not all people from Nuremberg are happy with how their government handles their situation and they want to live in some other place, far from authorities that let them down. Now, the Seraphim is well known among evacuees, the activists group can contact us and we move them to Omicrons or Taus or Sigmas or wherever else we decide to, make convoys and have all kinds of fun.
