Except the Captain refused to yield to the standard proceedure of a cargo-hold scan. Why would a Captain of a luxury vessel not comply with this request? The answer was shocking even to the Coalition's top minds who uncovered stores of Artifacts onboard.
The shock of a legal entity hauling dangerous and controversial goods from the direction of the Corsair Empire is one that baffles the Ministry of Truth.
