Power Core instant recharge after cruise??

As people mentioned, it's been here since vanilla and there's no fixing it. One thing that needs to be pointed out though is that intentionally lowering your shield and telling your ally to pulse you just to exploit the bug (or the latter only if your shields are already down) is actually punishable, every other instance isn't. It also doesn't happen consistently when you're impulsing/thrusting, but it works 100% of the time when you're in EK cruise.
