Discovery Dead Factions Overhaul: Idea 1 - Intelligence Factions

At present Intelligence Factions dont really have much to do aside from assisting their military allies in defending against pirates, enemy capitals etc. There is not much else to do.

This one is not a 'at present' problem. Sad enough.

I imagine the BIS and LSF fighting BDM and KNI in the omicrons over alien technology.

I REALLY like this idea. But something like this was proposed years ago. And no one really cared about the Intelligence factions. I guess the Order, Core and the Noms like this idea too.



And there is another problem. As long as everyone can go 'lol !!! You are a spy and i know it' because someone just scan your ID on a, let's say Kempeitai Camara with Civilian guns and a Freelancer IFF, there is almost no serious intelligence faction RP possible.
