As I said, the problem is more with the people as with the system. Discovery should in general less celebrate memes and people who are proud of trying to be extra funny like a rebellious classmate. I doubt there is ANY solution that will make both sides happy, so compromises are the only thing we can do, apart from just watching the status quo and have people intentionally harm others to profile like rappers.
