Om Theta isnt "open for debate" yet?

GMG enforced their law on me yesterday in Omi Theta. Said he saw me 10K away in 17 so he could follow me to Theta and enforce Guild laws there. (BTW, was carrying food) So, I guess it is open.

@sindroms The problem with doing this as a "test" is that you aren't going to see evidence of a lack of something like this. You wouldn't be able to point at RP that didn't happen because the space wasn't there to do it, and you won't be able to point to O3 and O7 specifically, because it is a larger issue that just these two systems. There is no metric to measure lost opportunity in Disco.
