Since MaEx. You can FR5 everyone that doesn't play along the Official Factions rules, no matter if it's just one player or an entire unofficial group.
Ok since this thread is already way off topic I might as well ask another off topic question. If you get FR5'd to be red to your own faction, would it then be ok for you to engage ships of your own faction? Does the FR5 of 101st justify 101st shooting NCs with regular engagement RP?
In case of MaEx and NC it received an additional Admin approval. Not sure if this was necessary though but I guess it is since both factions run under OC ID.
If 101st is not allowed to retaliate against the NC because of the rep change I'd consider this a powergaming tool if you do it against your own faction.
Pretty sure Admins won't mind them shooting each other. As I said, no idea why I got this additional approval.
