first you poke at the chance to get a free cloak from the issue with me,euro and clavius in your kirk last night and now you indirectly ask for admin??!!?
DUDE seriously its not nice to laugh at a possible 500 mil loss to a beyond rare accident but you just seem to be poking at things for a chance of power or self gain :|

Conclusive your loss of someone elses cloak is your own fault and is laughable when you are given a cloak to hold then you go PVP with it still UNMOUNTED in your cargo and then suicide afterwards only to then wonder why you lost it.

I dont need a free cloak and I never made any attempt to get one.
