All right. First of all, let me note that we did add another section on info page, which says "Character Profiles" so it won't be one big mess together with other links that include stories or other informations.
I also did a revision on our ZOI and I came to conclusion that, if I would drop out a single independent system from it like Vespucci, some system would be cut- off from the main ZOI therefore, it remains same.
If I remember @"Auzari" , you asked- why there's no Pennsylvania or Texas in our ZOI. Well simply, those are house systems that are connected to our ZOI but we specified that we will stay out from house space, unless we go for a RP project. This means, we might be present in Pennsylvania but we will only fire in self defence there.
For now, as we use Outcast ID, we will follow the ZOI of the proposed ID but we will, if we need go to system like California to pirate, as in RP it is still our main income of funds.
I will also not change any line in the ID rules for now, except this:
