Guten Tag, Agenten,

Frankfurt, today, 13 o'clock, an Aquilon Carrier named "I-401" and a Zoner mobile colony ship named "[ZMCS]-FP-66|Arcadia" both in Rheinland space. None of them listened to my command on stopping the engines, let alone paying the 30 million credit fine for the violation of >>Article Four: Directives for foreign capital ships and foreign combat vessels.
In fact, let me list their violations for your consent, these are the crimes committed by the [ZMCS]-FP-66|Arcadia:

§2.2. Possession of following illegal equipment:
§2.2.4. Cloaking Devices, Jump Drives and Hyperspace Survey Modules mounted on ships that do not belong to the Rheinland Military, the Büro der Marineintelligenz/Marinenachrichtendienst, the Rheinland Federal Polizei or permitted individuals which are registered in Extraordinary equipment registry.

§2.4. Disorderly conduct:
§2.4.1. Violation of orders given by law-enforcement authorities’ representatives.
§2.4.8. Assault on civilians or representatives of law enforcement authorities.

§1. All Battleship, Carrier and Cruiser class vessels that don’t belong to Rheinland law enforcement are banned from Rheinland space, unless permitted by a Rheinland Military admiral or by the Bundestag.
§3. Any vessel that doesn’t belong to law-enforcement authorities may be ordered to move away from planetary orbit.
§4. All foreign military and intelligence agency combat vessels of any size are banned from Rheinland, unless permission to enter is given by a High Command member. All foreign military combat vessels entering Rheinland without permission may be destroyed.

That sums up a total fine of 141.000.000 Sirian credits.

Now the I-401:

I lost the ship because I concentrated on the Arcadia which was red-flagged already and proved a higher risk.

That sums up to 41.000.000 Sirian credits.

This is repetetive now, something needs to be done, many foreign capitals have entered Rheinland recently we must do something or Rheinland will loose all its credibility.

Anyways, both ships escaped because I had to help my colleague who was attacked by an Unioner ship, which was destroyed later on.

A minor occurrence was a transport with a Liberty Navy IFF who promised to fix it.
