Suggestion for [Angels]

Hey there, I am not sure if the suggestion below is already a thing for you, if it is, nevermind

So after the event is over I see that the numerous players going that were going all over Sirius is shrinking again and the mass is found in Liberty once again, especially since we have many new players coming at the moment which is great. But of course this leads to the activity being focused on Liberty again while other houses suffer from very low activity, now, of course, this is nothing new and this is also somehow nothing but a 'change pls' thread but I think it can't be poked more often until something is done. Angels should concentrate on recommending new players more factions outside of Liberty, all I see is a new LNS ship almost every day, the Liberty Navy (Indie as well as official [LN]) is pretty much the go-to factions if you're a starter, new players tend to buy a Liberty capital ship as their first non-trading ship pretty often, considering the about 30 LNS indies that were active over 1 hour this month. More notifications regarding faction recommendations instead of blurring in PvP rules every 10 minutes or so could also be a start, even if these things only change that a slight bit at least it would be something. I am not saying we should tell players where they have to go and where not but actively advertising all sorts of factions around Sirius. Another try would actually be to put the starter system somewhere else, probably the solution nobody would like but it would automatically solve the activity problem unless if players are so desperate for Liberty that they fly there manually but in this case we would at least see the players that actually want to be there and the players that are just there because "well, I spawned here", I'd really like to see opinions and recommendations about this because I doubt this can go on forever, Rheinland and Kusari factions are staring at an empty house space while Liberty has 25% of all server activity in a month and it's drowning in people, the starter system thing is nothing the angels can do though.
