Read if you get "Cannot detect a capable 3D graphics card (FIXED)

Okay so its been several months since i posted this to help myself and others run freelancer discovery so you don't get the "cannot Detect 3D g-card problem". If people are still having that problem then don't worry there is a easier way of doing it.

I'm going to also post the steps here so you don't need to read all the text.

1, Completely remove freelancer and discovery from your computer.

2, Install freelancer via CD or ISO.
(No Crack or CD needed)

3, Download discovery from the link.
(This may be outdated later down the line so just look for the latest copy of Discovery on the forums)

4, After you've installed freelancer and downloaded discovery, install discovery.
(You do not need to restart your pc or laptop)

5, Launch Discovery not the freelancer.exe after it has been fully installed.
(you do not need to leave the CD in your computer it should run automatically thanks to the developers of Discovery)

6, Wait for the launcher to patch or download the required files, select the setting you want "e.g. Windowed mode and so on."

7, Launch game and have fun,

For some reason if you want to just play freelancer without mods you can't because the latest versions of windows and the high tech G-cards don't support the game anymore because the game is out dated. The only way to be able to play freelancer is with Discovery or other mods that make the game Capable with wins vista/7 and so on.

*I may be wrong there might be other ways of playing the game without using the mod but for now that's the only way i know how to*
