Maltese Spectres Legal Department

Signor Joshua Hunt, the Legal Department asks to excuse the time it took until further continuation of the convention started with the Auxesian. Due to a multitude of maltese internal matters, we were forced to reschedule the proceeding with your inquiries. As per your statements, we solidify the point that our contact is without relation to actual or coming situations within Nacion itself. By our request we're referring to previous agreements between our organizations, our client the 'HundredFirst Ghosts of Razgriz and the Auxesian, as evidenced: To: Raven, Sapphire
To today, respective forces of both squadrons adhered to this unsigned agreement, yet the Legal Department is tasked to finalize precendent arrangements to conclude the position towards the other by a legal contract. The Auxesian is invited to review their statements once made and forward their current.
As for the wing known as the Commune: We're currently occupied rewriting maltese constitution and territorial laws. According to those, maltese and foreign squadrons as well as individuals are required to follow outlined law. What happens beyond maltese territorial claims isn't covered and therefor open to whatever treatment the involved parties see necessary. In case of violations within Nacions boundaries, needed actions will be taken resolving the issues at hand in accordance with the new constitution and territorial laws.
