Don't expect too much from people who are already doing an outstanding job given they are getting insulted, provoked, annoyed, shittalked, memed, tricked, complained, criticised and, the most important thing, not paid, every day.

The actual issue is admin retention, which is abysmal.

It usually takes a few weeks or months until an admin realize he's sacrificing his own time for nothing, just so others can have fun, with the only actual reward being free insults for not being fast enough or making a mistake. When that happens, there's actually very little that do stick around.
