"Comrades, the Crisis in Omicron Kappa and Delta has made it difficult for us to operate, to ensure the Core do not expand their influence beyond what they have the Premier and the Corsair's Council of Elders have reached a temporary Cease-Fire in the systems of Omicron Kappa and Delta for the duration of the Freeport 11 Crisis. Make no mistake, this changes nothing for us, we will continue to oppose the Corsair Empire in the Omegas, Rheinland, Bretonia and other regions of the Omicrons. However in order to operate without being hindered do not engage Corsair Assets in the designated systems.
