After careful deliberation, it is come to our attention our pilot believed you to be collaborating with the Liberty Rogues which he strongly believed to be backed up by your equipment on your ship. While our transponders read your turrets as generic 'Pirate Transport Turrets' it appears you also have no issues flaunting that in the evidence you are trying to use as your defense, and so they are surprisingly no longer on the illegal equipment dossier in the Laws of Liberty. Be this as it may, at the time of the incident our pilot believed wholeheartedly you were in the system to commit crimes against Liberty Corporations and as such undertook a bounty collection upon you.
