I am contacting you with an update over the Harmony situation. As you are probably aware the extraction operation was a costly success, and the survivors of the Battlegroup along with members of the LSF were evacuated in southern Liberty where a second operation was planned to take them to the Barrier, in our hideout.

However, despite our best efforts the Harmony members dispersed and the chain of command has broken down. At this point we cannot even establish contact. Subsequently the second operation is cancelled.

If we have any new updates over this, I will certainly notify you.
