GRN stopped having fun once they actually had a fight on their hands?
The first 2 fights were carnages, with 100 % losses against 0 losses. I am sure you enjoyed those enough to come again every time. Sure sure.
The fact is, that in the 3rd fight GRN attacked in a weaker position, against a strong CR fleet, and accepted a few requests I made before the fight (do not attack the fight leader + GRN attacks, so CR does not have to fight a moving battle). There was no complaining when we talked and agreed about it on TS. CR won this round, and still gave 5 or so blues. Objectively speaking, it was a much more interesting battle than every battle before in this event.
Then, I thank the GRN players for allowing for the advantage, but I only get scorn and hate in return by the great memers. For saying 'thank you'.
So, GRN players lost fun because you did not win for the first time?
And they did not find it worth participating any more?
That's for sure what the ultra-pouty reaction looks like that I was given after I thanked you for allowing for a motivating success for the side that was steamrolled around 30:3 at that time.
I expected more fights for Tau 44 then on. Of course without eased conditions once it was proven that there actually can be fights, and that it does not have to end in a 1:10 massacre every time. But... no.
So, you can say about me what you want, Omi. But in this one, you are just wrong and you are pulling the victim card. Furthermore, I find it a very poor move to decide to not bring a faction to an event that is made for your faction - even if it is not the great position your factions has been set to hold in the event.
Jack, if you want I will ask a few of my quieter members to chime in on their experiences in Tau-44. Please don't blame me for my members losing personal interest after cruisers dive in to LM snubs and generally just piss all over everything with an official faction tag.
I know a good fight when I see one, but watching half our side relog for the CR after a server crash does not fill me with enthusiasm. You should have been thanking us for bothering to put up any resistance at all after that point rather than logging out.
I don't need your appreciation or thank-yous for showing up to be massacred by caps. I have much better things to spend my time on than trying - again - to prop up a lopsided event with the tiny, ever-shrinking memberbase left to me. We are almost entirely carried by our indies if and when they bother to show up - but again, you wouldn't have a single clue about this since you're still living in the past. This isn't 2014 anymore, and I am not able to pull Haste, Dan, Redon, Impy, and Jayce out of my ass to stop ludicrously sized fleets from running us over like a freight train hitting a deer.
I know I'm wasting my time trying to reason with you, since everything I've ever said to you since I hit GRN| HC in early 2014 has seemed like a waste of time and effort, but if you could for once get it through your skull that things are not 'magically better' just because you can outnumber GRN as a whole by a factor of almost 2:1 and eventually reach critical mass of cruisers, gunboats, and assorted snubs. All you have ever, ever, ever done since quitting the Punishers is moan, whinge, and cry about GRN| ever doing anything near you, and always from your own viewpoint on the other side of the fence. Not once do you ever try to see things my way, not once have you ever tried, and I doubt you will ever try either. I sincerely hope CR| aren't sending you out as representative of their PoV, because you are as much of a hindrance to relations between GRN| and its opposing factions as you have ever been.

You are, as usual, wrong, unless you are counting @Wesker and @Sanja as the entirety of each faction's "pvp-relevant core players".
