Pim, mate, calm it down...take a nice deep breath and step back from the keyboard.

Personally, I don't see a problem with it long as it's restricted to ranking members. It's expensive, but that shouldn't stop some Xenos from paying for it. The price difference between the Talon and the Eagle is fairly negligible. I say leave it be and stop making noise.
