Using engine kill to fire weapons while at cruise speed actually is against rules, FYI...

This was actually a question not about using formation to get a speed of 420, but using that to repeatedly catch someone trying to run and continuing to beat them up. Its really not fun to have that done to you, although Virus pointed out a good point, you can only form up while grouped. Rules are here to make things better, not to be rules, so if someone abuses the letter of the rules they are just as guilty.
