The Ravon Talon, a viable Xeno ship?

I only wonder why one wouldn't want to fly the Eagle to fly the Raven's Brick.

EDIT: Sorry. As for the answer, on my part, I can't see why not. I mean, anything that's gone into the civilian market can't be restricted much.

My merc flys that brick, I would like to fly something else but it will do. I chose it due to its looks. It looks mean and nasty and vaguely menacing.

It also looks a bit expensive. That would be me only arguement with the Xeno's using it.
