Ok, taken a quick peek at your reputations chart:

1. Missing the Landwirtrechtbewegung
2. According to what I've seen from the wiki, Rheinland's offical stance on Outcasts is unfriendly, not hostile. The MND might not see it this way, however.
3. Golden chrysanthemums on unfriendly? Trust me, you won't be finding many of them around. In fact, its more likely that you will be encountering the Hogosha and Farmers Alliance, which will probably treat you with quite some unfriendliness. You might want to put them on unfriendly relations...
4. What about the rouges? I do believe that some of them can be found in the independant worlds between Liberty and Rheinland, unless of course, you would rather them neutral, for a purpose I probably wouldn't understand (not being a rheinland person)
5. Operating in the Omegas, you *may* find yourself against a few mollys...
