This is a Good Question and I would have to say its Hostile , Not Dark Red Hostile but even thought we are Bretonias and Liberty is a Allie to Bretonia , We have to set aside that when dealing with matters the Order, Liberty is not a Allie to OBSC nore is Bretonia for that fact... maybe one day that could change things with Bretonia could change however. And not that I would ever Setup a Order Liberty Sleeper Cell OLSC but if there was one im sure Liberty would be hostile to it.
