I was called to assist a fleet of navy capital ships in a fight with a corsair fleet that composed of three battleships and several fighters so I hoped into my fighter and headed to Norfolk for briefing. we had known that there was a large group of ships in Texas so I offered to scout out under the protection of a cloaking device. when I got to the Bering jump gate trade lane I saw three very heavy fighters and three battleship classed ships harassing a member of the secondary fleet but I couldn't help him get away as I was alone and I didn't want to comprise my location after taking steps to avoid detection.
their was elements from all the first second and fifth fleets we went and counter attacked the corsair battle group I managed to drop one of the corsair fighters with a well timed mine I was shortly shot down after this but I was recovered by a rescue team from the Mississippi.
