We are fully aware on why Pirate ID got nerfed in the first place - limited to "pirate all everywhere" only to non-House Space. However, there's a problem which needs to be brought. Initially, it being a meme in its respective thread, the problem is actually pretty real, if there are hypothetical snubs doing such a scenario:

1. Player X with Pirate ID lurks around, let's say, California Gate in New York.

2. Player Y with Freelancer ID, in a snub, comes to the Player X.

3. Player X tells it to buzz off.

4a. Player Y screams all over the system, with Pirate ID being unable to punish player because of ID limitations - while shooting such a guy on sight would be logical.

or worse

4b. Player Y rolls around the Player X, insulting inRP (or acting in similiar way) knowing the Player X cannot react in ANY way - while pirate would surely butcher guy with too loud trap.

While we all know filling the report with evidence is a way, the issue is that point 4a is actually not against server rules. It might belong to the shady area between "abuse" and "not abuse" the ID and it's really hard to decide if Player Y commits the actual abuse. As for 4b, things are a bit more clear.

I would like to open discussion in regard to both scenarios.
