if you only want to be added to tracker then make a player request and ask a mod to move this thread to unofficial groups and factions
if you want to give a shot at acquiring official status leave it be, but do let the staff know since this a bit confusing
a small tip: it would be best if recruitment was done via forum so you would receive a small bump(free publicity ) with each new application
