As with all shared ships, whatever happens with them, happens with them and as you can see - we are still inclined to talk to the person who was on this ship at the time.
If you want to have this ship set free, you might want to get in touch with whoever flew the thing to cause this issue and beat some sense persuade them into taking responsibility for their actions.
