The stages of recruitment.

1. Assimilate the basics of telepathic speech aka Nom Talk.
   
   
2. Roleplay with Khara members.
   
   
3. Every few weeks the head nom will discuss with the group good candidates for inclusion. This means one of them has to recommend one of you to get into the skype channel and begin your internship in morph land.
   
   
4. Morphs or Nymphs are supervised but able to go about the sector and roleplay and develop their alien senses and sensibilities. Tests and trials will be done.
   
   
5. Once fully approved the morph joins the dream and becomes a nymph. Almost everything about them changes. The nymph stage is the shortest but it involves the most character planning.
   
   
6. The nymph arrives at its name is developed it awakens from the dream and is free to do all the things.
   

1.) The morph and indy nomads dont have a powerful connection to the hive, their ideas of expression are limited and often can only buzz information into the minds of those around them. This can have great effects from visions, hallucinations, and odd disjointed but strangely poetic phonetic style.

Guides exist on the forums. A definitive guide is still in the works. The best resource are those that came before you check the morph logs section of this subforum

2.) Getting to know your potential faction mates is important asking questions and getting up to speed with that we're doing and how to do nom speech comes from them. They are all graduates of this process and can help you with anything you need to know.

3.) The selection process is sort of like a sponsorship and usually this won't take long to occur it's just will your sponsor have the time to keep an eye on you for a week.

4/5.) The dream phase is like your character introduction. Before morphs used to post rp thread in their biography section this evolved into straight up morph logs cept in a linear fashion. But We need to make sure you're comfortable using the forums and a roleplay medium too and not just in the game server pewing things.

Other Requirements to keep in mind.

English speaking and writing . Trust me you can do one well and the other not so much. but as long as we can understand you. This also facilitates server rules.

Avoid Sanctions, rule breaking behaviour, harassment and more or less disruptive personal behaviour that means you can't be in the chat with your fellow members . Also cold stoning in chat ie. being there but not being present can get you put on inactive leave. So these are behaviours we look at.
