Your suggested change, in practice, does not change any issues that are present with the current execution with the plugin. People still gank, people still nuke themselves to prevent blues. Your suggestion simply causes additional paperwork which we have no intention to do.
The current bonuses, as I have already stated, will be reviewed after the observation of today's performance.
