The Nomad Vagrants — Evolution Point System Explanation

[The Nomad Vagrants]

As shown in the Trials and Evolutionary System, the Vagrants have to collect Evolution Points (EP) additional to the completion of certain trials, depending on their warform. The gathering of these points is intended as motivator to show presence and go there where people are interacting with each other. The Vagrant learns either by watching or by fighting, so it is not necessarily required to be a PvP ace in order to progress. It just takes a bit more time.

In order to receive points, your Vagrant must be in visual range of a fight. If someone in your visual range dies, screenshot the blue message. Mind you, it has to be a clear kill message that both states the killed player and the killer. Any other death messages do not count. No "self-inflicted catastrophical decompression", no "self-administered loadout error", no "by hostile vessel", no "has died". no "divided by zero". The only one kill message type counting is

VICTIM was put out of action by KILLER (Weapon)

Screenshot it, upload it, preferably on imgur, and link it on your Vagrant's profile. Please do it even when your Vagrant already reached the highest possible evolution stage for the path it has chosen. Internal High-Scores can be an additional motivation to log, and maybe we get even more toys to be combined with the Evolution Point System.

Different situations are worth different points. You get legitimately killed by another player? That's already one point for you, if you screenshot it. You watch someone killing someone else? Depending on the situation, that is worth one to three points, under special circumstances even more. If you manage to kill a human, it is worth at least four points!

The current point score and the proof of it are to be listed in each Vagrant's profile page. The screenshot is to be linked with the type of the kill.

We want this to make sense, so please only list legit kills that are within the server rules. If you are encountered by someone who hasn't a good grip on the rules and attacks you as re-engager after you killed him in the same system ten minutes ago, you are free to defend yourself, but you can't claim another kill on that player until the PvP death cooldown is gone. The same goes for events with re-engagement permission. You can claim only one kill per enemy character within two hours. To profit from those events with re-engagement rule, however, you are free to screenshot all the kills and later claim the most valuable on an enemy player. For example, if you have screenshots of the same player getting killed by a non-Vagrant Nomad and screenshots of the same player getting killed by a Vagrant, you can choose the latter, as it would give you one more point than the other.
