no, allthough i guess a 13 years old won t be as offended by that as a 30 years old. - however, we call people on the forum "cap whores" or "pvp whores" all the time.... and some people do feel addressed by that. - yet its widely accepted.

how does the 13 yo feel being called a capital whore. - to be honest, prolly not much different to being called a whore ingame.

but thats again all about what you grew up with.

for example, i don t give a damn if people insult my parents. they can call my mother a bitch and my father a bastard. - no prob with that. - i know that whoever says that hasn t got a clue who my parents are and mostly wouldn t have the guts ( or a reason ) to stand up to them and call them this into their very face. - so why bother.

yet, there are people that are highly offended when you insult their parents. and there are people - ( like some 13 yo ) that do not know that talking about others parents is a great insult to others.

all in all, the discussion about swearing is rather pointless. - i know that it has to start somewhere, but - really, i am sure i can make someone feel much worse by talking to him nicely and politely in the best oxford english, by just patronising him than just swear a few words.
swear words are overrated as a whole. - really insulting stuff that hurts comes much more sublte.
