The player you were shooting successfully managed to engage their cloak. However, you then proceeded with CDing the person by using the fact that cloaked ships, when targeted last, could still be tracked by missile ordinance.

You receive a warning as during the time of processing this sanction, we have already voted on clarifying that we treat such instances as against the server rules due to the implementation of the Cloak Disruptors. During this time you may not have been aware (along with many others) that we treat this as an exploit, so this thread exists to make sure you are up to date about this clarification.
