The Core has not employed technology that has been used by the Bounty Hunters Guild. The Core itself operates on the fringes of uncharted space; some of the most dangerous regions in the entire sector: including Gallia. Our ships are designed with that in mind, and thus are technologically different. Whilst appearances of some items may have been similar, I assure you that what lies under the hood tells a much different story. At most, there is the connection between AP Manufacturing and The Guild: AP Manufacturing historically had built all the ships and equipment within the AP-Line - until recently. So as you can see there is really no connection or relationship between us or the Bounty Hunters Guild, and therefore there is no reason to judge us as them and vice versa.
In terms of technological exchanges may I inform you that The Core is arguably the most technologically advanced group in all of Sirius. Our products and technology eclipse that of all other Sirian groups with ease. We are sure that we have items your scientists would take great interest in, of alien origin or otherwise.
On the note of technology, it is one of the reasons why The Core has approached Gallia. Not because we seek your technology, but because in Gallia we see a mutual appreciation for technology and human advancement: something which in many cases the rest of Sirius either lacks or fumbles with entirely. To lump us in with them would be a somewhat unfair grouping. It is like The Core and Gallia are the ones with Blasters, occasionally pausing to observe the other common Cavemen around us playing with sticks and stones.
It is good to hear that the Crown also has a mutual distaste of Order degenerates. My sympathies for whatever heinous crimes they may have inflicted against your civilian populace.
It is not of our concern how you handle the Kusari Naval Forces in wake of the recent anomaly. The Core does not take an active stance in meddling with inter-House politics.
The Core knows the Omicrons extensively. We have traversed the Omicron-80 system previously during raids against the Maltese, although during those we have not been able to pause for scouting missions. But If it is your desire to acquire a map of the Omicron-80 system, it will be done. Expect my next response to include that - and perhaps something more.
