Admin Notice: Rule changes regarding cheating + Clarification on CDing cloaked ships

5.2 Using cruise disruptors or missiles in order to track a ship that has successfully cloaked away during an interaction.
5.3 Intentionally ramming a capital ship with a smaller ship in order to ''flip'' it or ramming a capital ship in order to ''catapult'' your ship away from it.
5.4 Intentionally self-killing, teamkilling, planet and sun-diving during Combat Event Plugin enabled battles in order to prevent the opposing team from scoring points.

It was a god damn time for this to become clear as "what not to do" , i fully approve .

I would like to have some further explanation on CD-ing pursued player to get it killed with gunboat NPC patrol. I've been to such a situation a few times, but since it is not against server rules I have not reported it, despite it being pretty low of the chasers.

This example mostly applies to lawfuls, which despite the fact they would intercept me easily - or even fight me off - simply insist on CDing me nearby Gunboat NPC patrols (which happen to spawn at certain places), giving very little to no chance to run away, instantly being shot down by NPCs.

Yeah , happen to me to , basically it is trolling/abusing game mehanic by my opinion .
Example , i fly in LR Destroyer , Liberty Navy LF/HF/VHF player has no way to defeat me solo , ( and has no RP reason to attack Destroyer solo to , couse he cant win in that situation , to quote NPC : "it is suicide to attack" ) but he abuse game mechanic by keeps using almighty CD at me and NPC Patrol /POB/NPC Base damages me .
There should be rule not to CD human opponent when he pass near hostile object , or to nerf CD to avoid all sort of similar problems in first place .
