We shall continue as we did until now but we will be aware of their possible arrival... we are Samarran and you do know well how it was for us when we had to escape from that hell. We will keep eye on this Adrian Thrax for now, and see what is he up to.

And doctor, very good. I appreciate your dedication and your effort and trust me, on the end, it will pay back to you. The Nepthys we captured is all yours, and I would like you to use it, as it is collecting the dust currently. I will review the data you attached as of this moment.

Now, I have great news for everyone;

You are all aware that we are gathering more and more men and women, willing to participate to our cause, and that more and more people understand what are we actually doing. That is why, I believe we are ready to reorganise ourselves a bit, so we would actually concentrate on the things we do best. We have enough people to begin with that.

I had in my mind to split us in three sections, or cells... whatever you'd like to call it. Two of those were already obvious. We do know Bassam and Dave's work, and what they do. But, the third will be recreation of something lost long time ago.

The first cell would be the affairs, diplomacy and so on, with Bassam on top of it, as it's head. He is already engaged in Malta's government which is great thing for us. We are after all citizen of the Nation but that, shouldn't stop there. I believe his abilities and his work can go further, in the direction towards the Great Work, as he refers to it. That would include mister Light, who have shown his good skills and I think he's fitting into this cell.

The second cell would be specifically R&D cell. There's nothing much to say here, as we know Dave's excellent work. This for now includes mister Ossari and miss Yang but we will see if there will be more of notable individuals for this cell.

The third cell... well. Some of you remember the Raiders, some of you only heard for them as rumors.

I believe everyone would agree here that I should dedicate myself to this, as I believe that I shouldn't dedicate myself to the previous two as we already have best of the best on their top. This specific cell will I believe, have most of the notable brothers and sisters in it.

The purpose of this cell would be to collect income for our organisation, by either hunting for the big companies and their cargo ships or, by assassinating the enemies of Malta, and claim the bounties on them. It would also be our main fighting force and thus, I would leave other two cells to concentrate their effort on their specific things. Perhaps, if things go well, this specific cell will bring the old glory of the Raiders...

This doesen't means we will be completely split. We will as well, work together when we are needed to.
