I'm puzzled by the whole "must dismiss people's feedback" craze. If you dismiss it, you don't acknowledge that you have a problem, which means that you can't solve the problem. Then your feedback thread loses its entire point. It's good that the leadership of the 5th| is aware of this problem, and capable of solving it.
