Greetings gentlemen,

First of all I have to state that my work alongside the Terminus R&D science staff is almost complete, regarding the Reverse-Engineering of the captured Nephtys and should be operable in the following week. We'd need to retrofit the ship to adapt it to Commune standards and she will be ready to fly. I can tell you that I missed flying in one of those. Also, given the schematics and analysis we've gathered, we might be able to use that knowledge to construct our own vessels in the future if needed to be, that as a side note.

Secondly, I'm delighted to hear that we've been given green light to begin operations on Carinea's surface. We already have the necessary key locations given by our probes. We should shift funds and resources that we have, at least 50% of them, to the base's foundation. I think we all agree we require funding and the necessary material support to be able to adapt to the condition on the planet's surface.

Now regarding the engine testing, I am sorry to hear about the staff loss Mr.Ossari, but they were aware of the risks at hand. It might stall the process though, but I will send some of my men from the Terminus main Laboratories to assist you further until I will be able to come firsthand. Until then you have the information about the Black Nova compound, you know what it can do, all the technical details are in my science reports. Good luck and be careful not to bring the entire solar system down. Metaphorically speaking of course.
