Are outcast cap ships now open to any ID?

What difference does that make? If you see a guy posting 'Lolz I am outcast I kills you n00b', you're going to help him get approved? I hope not. If he isn't rping poorly or being an ass why does he need to post something, because in that case he isn't a detriment to the server.

No you have mssed the point again. If i see someone shouting oorp nonsence in system chat I am not going to be happy about it and I won't help him get approved. What I am talking about id people who INTEND to have good rp, but are underinformed and not writing things that fit. Those are the people I am willing to help... hell I'd even help you if you wanted. So long as you intended on rping your ship and being a positive influence on the server. Now...

I am not persecuting people based on not joining our clan. That is your very coloured opinion and totally idiotic assumptions based off no actual information or knowing any of the individuals at all. I have said repeatedly that I am willing to help people get their ships approved if they want to be in line with the outcast roleplay... if they don't then stuff them.
