Captains Log, Subject: An uncommon Interaction in Kepler

I have been patrolling the Boarder words more frequently in order to possibly stop incoming Nomads and criminals from entering i had an unusual encounter around Ames. A Kusarian State Police Officer was hanging around as i tried to say something to him he took the lane back to Kusari. [KSP]KDS-Nihon Then came back to have a chat when he noticed i was trying to speak to him i obviously asked him why he was here and he mentioned a Rheinlander was in Shikoku. In my mind if he was chasing someone i was already not going to cause an issue there was really no need. But we then saw the Rheinlander again named ISH}_profit_margins it was a Gun Boat. The Kusarian agreed to escort him back through Kusari. Anyways the subject of Gallia was brought up when i asked him how Kyushu held up against the Nomadic Invasion it suffered. He then spoke of Kusari being in Diplomatic Relations with each other. I find that very concerning. Ill just have to watch Northern Liberty more closely from now on.
